All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Made-to-order or custom items may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery time (after processing):
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, weather, holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your vibe all the way home.

Lost or Stolen Packages

JVSTVIBE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered." Please contact your local carrier or email us for help resolving the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding soon.
